TLDR: We reviewed the Google Ads agencies with the strongest independent review records and picked 15 worth your shortlist. Every rating, review count and minimum spend below comes from Clutch and was checked on 17 August 2026. Every client name comes from the agency’s own site. We included honest cons for each one, including our own. If you only read one section, read the hiring checklist near the bottom, because the wrong agency costs more than the right one saves.

How We Picked Our Top 15
Clutch lists more than 19,000 companies under Google Ads. We narrowed it to 15 using four filters.

Where this started. Every rating and review count in this article comes from these listings.
Independent review volume. An agency with 9 reviews and a 5.0 rating tells you very little. We set a floor of 25 reviews and preferred agencies well above it. The list ranges from 27 to 403 reviews.
A published track record. Every agency here names real clients on its own website, or publishes rating data that can be checked. Nothing here rests on an anonymous testimonial.
Relevance to the reader. We removed agencies delivering offshore at very low cost, and agencies with $25,000 or $50,000 minimums. Both are legitimate businesses. Neither matches most people reading this.
Google Ads has to be a core service. Several excellent full-service shops treat paid search as one line item among fifteen. Some of those made the list, but we have said so in their entry.
1. Grow My Ads

- Min project size: $1,000+
- Employees: 10 – 49
- Location: Fort Wayne, IN
- Clutch: 4.9 out of 5 (113 reviews)
- Inc. 5000: No. 570 in 2026, on 615% three-year growth
Grow My Ads is a PPC agency built around Google Ads, working with ecommerce and lead generation businesses that already spend on the platform every month. Google is where most of the budget sits, but the team also runs Meta and Microsoft campaigns where a client needs them. The agency has managed more than $100 million in ad spend across over 1,000 businesses, and holds a 4.9 out of 5 rating across 113 verified Clutch reviews, one of the strongest independent records on this list for a team of this size. In 2026 the agency was named No. 570 on the Inc. 5000, Inc.’s annual ranking of the fastest growing private companies in America, after growing revenue 615 percent over three years. It placed sixth among Indiana companies on that list.
Alongside campaign management, the team rebuilds conversion tracking on real business data and builds conversion focused landing pages, so the ads, the page and the measurement stay with one team instead of three vendors. Clients work directly with the dedicated account analyst running their account, so the person answering your questions about your account is the person inside it, not a manager relaying messages. Their Google Ads training is published openly on YouTube, where 40,000 business owners and marketers follow it, so the thinking can be judged before any money changes hands.
Their PPC and Google Ads services include:
- PPC and Google Ads Management across Search, Shopping, Display and Remarketing
- Ecommerce PPC
- Lead Generation PPC for B2B and B2C
- Conversion Tracking and Analytics
- Landing Page Design and Optimization
- Paid Social on Meta
- Microsoft Ads
Best for: Ecommerce and lead generation businesses already spending on Google Ads every month.
Here are some of the results they have published for clients:
- A lifestyle brand: added $1.2 million in revenue over 12 months on only $60,000 more in ad spend.
- A custom apparel store: went from $5,927 a month in sales to $164,910 a month in five months, and doubled its return doing it.
- Cherub Baby: increased sales by 400%. Watch the Cherub Baby testimonial
- Golf Course Lawn Store: grew new customer revenue 60% more in its slow season than its busy season, beating July’s numbers in August for the first time in the company’s history. Hear Ron tell it himself
- Digestive Warrior: doubled their sales, and had to expand their warehouse and their team to keep up with the volume. Watch the Digestive Warrior testimonial
Pros
- Google Ads is the core of the business, across Search, Shopping, Display and Remarketing
- 4.9 out of 5 across 113 reviews, one of the deepest evidence bases here for a team under 50 people
- No. 570 on the 2026 Inc. 5000 after 615% revenue growth in three years, and sixth in Indiana
- A $1,000 minimum keeps the door open to advertisers of any budget size, not just the ones five agencies on this list turn away
- Landing pages and conversion tracking are built in-house, so one team owns the click, the page and the measurement
Cons
- With a team of 10 to 49 and every account reviewed and rebuilt by hand rather than run through a template, only a small number of new clients can be taken on each month. Applying early beats applying late if timing matters to you.

2. KlientBoost

- Min project size: $1,000+
- Employees: 50 – 249
- Location: Costa Mesa, CA
- Clutch: 4.9 out of 5 (403 reviews)
KlientBoost has accumulated 403 Clutch reviews at a 4.9 average, which is more independent feedback than most agencies gather in a decade and comfortably the deepest evidence base on this page. The agency pairs paid search with landing page design and conversion rate optimization in-house, which removes the familiar argument about whether the ads or the page is responsible for weak results. They publish a free marketing plan before any engagement begins, and they describe an accountability model where additional resource is added at no cost if performance is pacing behind. Their own platform, Kite, sits behind the reporting.
Their services include:
- PPC and Paid Advertising Management
- Landing Page Design
- Conversion Rate Optimization
- SEO
Best for: Companies that want paid search and landing page testing owned by the same team.
Pros
- 403 independent reviews, the deepest evidence base on this list
- Landing page and conversion work handled in-house
- A free marketing plan is provided before any engagement
Cons
- No public pricing, so cost cannot be compared without a sales conversation
- Breadth across PPC, SEO and CRO means Google Ads is one specialty among several
- Clients range from startups to enterprise, so ask specifically about accounts at your spend level
3. Disruptive Advertising

- Min project size: $5,000+
- Employees: 50 – 249
- Location: Pleasant Grove, UT
- Clutch: 4.8 out of 5 (369 reviews)
Disruptive Advertising has one of the strongest combinations of review volume and recognizable client names anywhere in this category, with 369 Clutch reviews alongside published work for Adobe, KPMG, Scotts Miracle-Gro, Guitar Center and ConocoPhillips. The agency leads with an audit rather than a retainer, on the basis that a large share of most marketing budgets is already being wasted before anyone touches the campaigns. They back the engagement with a 90-day guarantee and do not require a long-term contract, which is rare at this size. They also state that they cap how many new clients they take each month, so availability is not guaranteed.
Their services include:
- Paid Media Management
- Marketing Audits
- Growth Strategy
- Conversion Tracking and Analytics
Best for: Established brands with real budget that want an audit-led engagement and recognizable names on the other side of the table.
Pros
- 369 reviews and one of the strongest published client lists on this page
- 90-day guarantee with no long-term contract requirement
- Audit-first approach, so the diagnosis arrives before the retainer
Cons
- The $5,000 minimum puts them out of reach for smaller advertisers
- Capped new client intake means timing is not always in your control
Paid media sits alongside audits and growth strategy, so confirm how much of the work is hands-on campaign management
4. SmartSites

- Min project size: $1,000+
- Employees: 250 – 999
- Location: Paramus, NJ
- Clutch: 4.9 out of 5 (364 reviews)
SmartSites is one of the largest agencies on this list and one of the most reviewed, with 364 Clutch reviews at a 4.9 average and a place on the Inc. 5000 nine times between 2017 and 2025. They are full service in the real sense, covering website design and development alongside SEO, paid search, email, SMS and social, which suits businesses that would rather not coordinate several vendors. Their ecommerce work spans Shopify and Amazon, and the credential list is one of the broadest here: Google Premier Partner, Microsoft Advertising Select Partner, Meta Business Partner, Amazon Ads Verified Partner and an A+ BBB rating. For a small or mid-sized business that needs the website and the advertising handled together, that breadth is the main attraction.
Their services include:
- PPC Management
- SEO
- Website Design and Development
- Email and SMS Marketing
- Social Media Management
- Ecommerce across Shopify and Amazon
Best for: Small and mid-sized businesses that want the website and the advertising handled by the same vendor.
Pros
- 364 reviews and nine consecutive Inc. 5000 listings
- Google Premier Partner, Microsoft Select Partner, Meta Business Partner and Amazon Ads Verified Partner
- Website and advertising handled by the same agency
Cons
- At 250 to 999 people, your account may not sit with a senior strategist
- Paid search sits alongside SEO, social and creative work, so it is not the whole focus
- Ecommerce work spans Shopify and Amazon as well as Google, so confirm where your category sits
5. Ignite Visibility

- Min project size: $1,000+
- Employees: 250 – 999
- Location: San Diego, CA
- Clutch: 4.8 out of 5 (175 reviews)
Ignite Visibility is a large full service agency with 13 years behind it and one of the broadest service lists in this category, spanning earned, paid and owned media. Their credentials are among the strongest here, including Google Premier Partner status in the top 1 percent alongside Meta and TikTok premium partnerships. The published client list runs to enterprise names such as Experian, Dun and Bradstreet, Driven Brands and Inspire Brands. They are particularly well suited to multi-location and franchise businesses, where several channels have to be coordinated across many sites at once.
Their services include:
- PPC and Paid Social
- SEO and Generative Engine Optimization
- Programmatic and Display Advertising
- Affiliate Marketing
- Email and SMS Marketing
- Conversion Rate Optimization and Analytics
Best for: Multi-location and franchise businesses that need several channels coordinated.
Pros
- Google Premier Partner in the top 1 percent, plus Meta and TikTok premium partnerships
- Enterprise client names published openly
- 13 years in business with 175 reviews behind it
Cons
- One of the broadest service lists here, so Google Ads is one department inside a much larger operation
- At 250 to 999 people, it is worth asking who will actually work on the account
- The 4.8 average sits slightly below several smaller agencies on this list
6. Intero Digital

- Min project size: $1,000+
- Employees: 50 – 249
- Location: Colorado Springs, CO
- Clutch: 4.8 out of 5 (147 reviews)
Intero Digital has been operating for more than 20 years and works out of offices in four states, which gives it a longer institutional history than most names here. They run a proprietary platform called InteroBOT that sits behind their SEO and paid media work, and their published clients include Mizuno and Blackbaud. The service list is wide, covering everything from Amazon and digital PR through to web design, so this is a full service relationship rather than a specialist one. With 147 reviews at 4.8, there is plenty to go on, even if a few agencies here have more.
Their services include:
- Paid Media
- SEO
- Amazon Marketing
- Social Media and Email
- Content and Digital PR
- Conversion Rate Optimization and Web Design
Best for: Businesses that want a long established multi-office agency with proprietary tooling behind the work.
Pros
- More than 20 years in business with offices in four states
- 147 reviews at a 4.8 average
- Proprietary technology rather than off-the-shelf reporting alone
Cons
- Team size is reported inconsistently across sources, from 50 to 249 on Clutch to over 400 on their own materials
- Pricing is not published anywhere, so comparing cost means asking
- With nine service lines on offer, paid search is one part of a much wider relationship
7. Searchbloom

- Min project size: $1,000+
- Employees: 10 – 49
- Location: South Jordan, UT
- Clutch: 4.9 out of 5 (102 reviews)
Searchbloom has assembled a client list that would be impressive for an agency several times its size, including Nordstrom, US Bank, Divvy, Essentia and LoanPro, all from a team of 10 to 49 people. Their structural difference is that clients work directly with a dedicated analyst rather than through an account management layer, with a stated 24-hour response guarantee and an average closer to two hours. They run named methodologies for each discipline, including one called ACE for paid search, so the process is documented rather than improvised per account. SEO carries roughly equal weight to paid search in their business, so it is worth confirming which team would lead your account.
Their services include:
- PPC across Google, Bing and Shopping
- SEO, including local, technical and ecommerce
- Conversion Rate Optimization
- Digital Analytics
- Web Development
Best for: Businesses that want a named analyst rather than an account management layer between them and the work.
Pros
- Clients work directly with a dedicated analyst, with a 24-hour response guarantee
- Named, documented methodologies for each discipline
- A client list well beyond what the team size would suggest
Cons
- SEO carries at least equal weight to paid search, so confirm which team leads
- A smaller team means capacity constraints at higher spend levels
- 102 reviews is solid but mid-range for this list
8. AdVenture Media

- Min project size: $1,000+
- Employees: 50 – 249
- Location: Woodmere, NY
- Clutch: 4.9 out of 5 (96 reviews)
AdVenture Media publishes one of the most recognizable client lists on this page, with Forbes, Nasdaq, Sports Illustrated, AMC Networks, Sennheiser and KKR all named openly. The agency has repositioned around AI-assisted delivery, pairing experienced strategists with a proprietary platform called SHERPAOS that pulls their data sources into one optimization layer. They describe the approach as AI handling the optimization while strategists apply judgment, and they cover both ecommerce and lead generation rather than specializing in one. Whether that positioning appeals will depend on how comfortable you are with a heavily automated delivery model.
Their services include:
- Performance Media across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Programmatic
- Programmatic SEO and Answer Engine Optimization
- AI-Native Creative and Landing Pages
- AI Transformation Consulting
Best for: Ecommerce and lead generation businesses comfortable with an AI-assisted delivery model.
Pros
- An unusually strong published client list for the team size
- A proprietary platform sits behind the optimization work
- Covers both ecommerce and lead generation rather than one or the other
Cons
- The positioning leans heavily on AI-assisted delivery, which will not suit every buyer
- A recent repositioning means the service mix now extends well beyond paid search
- No published pricing, so budgeting requires a call
9. JumpFly

- Min project size: $5,000+
- Employees: 50 – 249
- Location: Hoffman Estates, IL
- Clutch: 4.9 out of 5 (95 reviews)
JumpFly has been running paid search since 2003, which makes it the longest established agency on this list by a comfortable margin. That longevity comes with the credentials to match, including Google Premier Partner status in the top 3 percent, Microsoft Elite Agency and Amazon Verified Partner. Their published clients lean toward ecommerce, manufacturing and healthcare, with names including LifeStance Health, Harvard Business Services and Hayabusa.
Their services include:
- Paid Search and Display
- SEO Strategy
- Paid Social Media
- Amazon Ads and Marketplaces
- Email Marketing
- ChatGPT Advertising
Best for: Ecommerce and manufacturing businesses that value a long track record over the newest positioning.
Pros
- Operating since 2003, the longest track record on this list
- Google Premier Partner in the top 3 percent, plus Microsoft and Amazon partnerships
- 4.9 out of 5 across 95 reviews built up over two decades
Cons
- The $5,000 minimum rules out smaller advertisers
- Pricing beyond the minimum is not published
- Newer additions like ChatGPT advertising mean the focus now stretches beyond paid search
10. OuterBox

- Min project size: $1,000+
- Employees: 250 – 999
- Location: Copley, OH
- Clutch: 5.0 out of 5 (88 reviews)
OuterBox is an ecommerce specialist holding a 5.0 rating across 88 reviews, which is rare at a team size of 250 to 999. Their published client list is the most retail-heavy on this page, including Lowe’s, Sur La Table, JEGS, Matco Tools, Rocky Boots and Golfballs.com. What sets them apart for online retailers is that they design and build stores as well as advertise them, so the traffic and the destination can be improved together rather than separately. If your growth problem is partly a website problem, that combination is difficult to find elsewhere on this list.
Their services include:
- Ecommerce PPC and Paid Media
- Ecommerce SEO
- Website Design and Development
- Conversion Rate Optimization
- Analytics and Attribution
Best for: Ecommerce businesses, particularly those that need the store improved as well as advertised.
Pros
- A 5.0 rating across 88 reviews
- Real ecommerce depth rather than ecommerce as one service line
- Store design and paid media handled by the same agency
Cons
- 88 reviews is modest for a team of 250 to 999 people
- The ecommerce concentration makes them a weaker fit for pure lead generation
- At 250 to 999 people, ask early who will actually be assigned to your account
11. Black Propeller

- Min project size: $1,000+
- Employees: 50 – 249
- Location: Bel Air, MD
- Clutch: 4.8 out of 5 (81 reviews)
Black Propeller currently sits at the top of Clutch’s own Google Ads ranking. The agency publishes eight named industry specialties rather than claiming to serve everyone, covering home services, retail, legal, finance, B2B, education, franchise and travel. They describe a senior-only staffing model with daily optimization, and position themselves as running an integrated media system rather than isolated channel tactics. Published clients include MISSHA, Flav City, Embrace Pet Insurance, Aston Carter and World Spa.
Their services include:
- Paid Search
- Paid Social
- Performance Creative
- Amazon Ads
- SEO
- HubSpot and CRM Integration
- Conversion Tracking and Analytics
Best for: Home services, legal, finance, B2B and SaaS businesses that want named vertical experience.
Pros
- Currently ranked first on Clutch’s Google Ads list
- Eight published industry specialties rather than a general claim
- A stated senior-only staffing model with daily optimization
Cons
- 81 reviews is a smaller evidence base than KlientBoost, SmartSites or Disruptive
- The service list has widened considerably, which is worth asking about if you want paid search depth
- With eight named verticals, confirm they have real depth in yours rather than general coverage
12. ATRA

- Min project size: $5,000+
- Employees: 10 – 49
- Location: Tempe, AZ
- Clutch: 5.0 out of 5 (49 reviews)
ATRA is a paid media agency, formerly known as Megethos, holding a 5.0 rating across 49 Clutch reviews. The reviews point consistently at transparency and communication, with clients reporting increases in lead volume and return on ad spend. The team is small at 10 to 49 people, which usually means the person who sells the work is close to the person doing it. They report experience across retail, manufacturing, legal and healthcare.
Their services include:
- Google Ads Management
- Paid Social
- Audience Research and Ad Design
- Tracking, Optimization and Reporting
Best for: Retail, legal and healthcare businesses that want a small senior team rather than a large account structure.
Pros
- A 5.0 rating across 49 reviews
- Reviews consistently highlight transparency and communication
- Small team size makes senior involvement more likely
Cons
- Smaller budgets are out, with $5,000 the starting point
- Fewer publicly named clients than you will find elsewhere here
13. Galactic Fed

- Min project size: $5,000+
- Employees: 50 – 249
- Location: Chicago, IL
- Clutch: 4.9 out of 5 (42 reviews)
Galactic Fed is a growth marketing agency that covers more paid channels than anyone else on this list, running campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit and Bing. The agency states it has worked with more than 600 companies, ranging from early stage startups through to Fortune 50 businesses, which is an unusually wide span for a team of this size. That breadth is the reason to hire them, and also the thing to ask about, because a business that only needs Google Ads done exceptionally well may not need most of what is on offer.
Their services include:
- Paid Media across Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit and Bing
- SEO and Generative Engine Optimization
- Conversion Rate Optimization
- Web Analytics and Reporting
- Creative Strategy and Copy
- Influencer Marketing
Best for: Funded startups through to enterprise businesses that want several paid channels run by one team.
Pros
- The widest paid channel coverage on this list
- More than 600 companies served, from early stage through to Fortune 50
- Strong 4.9 rating across a diverse client base
Cons
- At $5,000 to start, the entry point is five times higher than most agencies here
- 42 reviews is modest next to the agencies here carrying several hundred
- Google Ads is one channel among many rather than the center of the business
14. HawkSEM

- Min project size: $1,000+
- Employees: 50 – 249
- Location: Los Angeles, CA
- Clutch: 4.9 out of 5 (35 reviews)
HawkSEM publishes case studies featuring Verizon, Microsoft, Honda, Datadog and Super73, which is a heavier roster than the team size would normally suggest. Their central asset is ConversionIQ, a proprietary platform that pulls Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta and HubSpot into a single dashboard, so reporting and optimization run off one connected view rather than several disconnected ones. They keep a $1,000 minimum despite that client list, which makes them unusually accessible for the calibre of work they show. The vertical list is broad, running from healthcare and SaaS through to fashion and cybersecurity.
Their services include:
- PPC Management
- SEO
- Paid Social
- Content Marketing
- Conversion Rate Optimization
- Display and Remarketing
Best for: SaaS, ecommerce and enterprise advertisers that want unified cross-channel reporting.
Pros
- ConversionIQ brings Google Ads, Analytics, Meta and HubSpot into one view
- Enterprise client names well beyond what the team size would suggest
- A $1,000 minimum despite that client roster
Cons
- 35 reviews is light relative to the size of the names published
- A very broad vertical list, so ask about experience in your specific category
- ConversionIQ is proprietary, so reporting is tied to their platform rather than tools you already own
15. Silverback Strategies

- Min project size: $10,000+
- Employees: 50 – 249
- Location: Arlington, VA
- Clutch: 4.9 out of 5 (27 reviews)
Silverback Strategies is a performance marketing agency built for large consumer brands where marketing has to justify itself to a board rather than a marketing manager. The agency states openly that it targets brands doing $100 million or more, and the client list reflects that, with Cornell, LexisNexis, K12, Apple Federal Credit Union and Ocean Conservancy all named publicly. What separates them from most agencies of this size is a genuine measurement practice, covering media mix modeling and incrementality testing rather than last-click reporting. They concentrate on six industries instead of claiming to serve everyone.
Their services include:
- Paid Search
- Paid Social
- Programmatic
- Performance Creative
- SEO and Content
- Media Mix Modeling and Incrementality Testing
Best for: Large consumer brands in financial services, healthcare, higher education, home services, legal or senior living.
Pros
- Serious measurement capability that goes well beyond last-click reporting
- Six named industry specialties rather than a general claim to serve everyone
- Institutional client names published openly
Cons
- The $10,000 minimum is the highest entry point on this list
- They openly target $100 million brands, so a smaller advertiser is likely to feel out of place
- Only 27 reviews, which is far less feedback to go on than most agencies on this list
What to Check Before You Hire Any Google Ads Agency
As you work out which Google Ads agency is right for your business, these are the questions worth asking. They are what separate a good fit from an expensive mistake.
Ask who actually touches the account. At a 250-person agency, the person in the pitch is rarely the person in the account. Ask for the name, the seniority and how many other accounts that person carries.
Ask what happens in the first 30 days. A good answer is specific: audit, tracking validation, search term review, structure changes. A vague answer about strategy and alignment usually means a templated onboarding.
Ask how they treat Google’s recommendations and AI suggestions. This question tells you more than almost any other. Those prompts are generated by the platform, not by someone who knows your margins or your lead quality, and applying them in bulk is one of the fastest ways to damage an account that was already working. A good agency reads every suggestion, tests the few that fit the business, and ignores the rest. If an agency applies them as routine, or lets Google’s automation make the decisions for it, keep looking.
Prefer video? Click here to watch the full case study on what happens when AI is left to apply Google’s recommendations in bulk.

Ask to see the reporting before you sign. Not a sample dashboard. A real, anonymised client report. You will learn more from that than from any case study.
Check the minimum against your actual spend. An agency with a $10,000 minimum managing a $6,000 budget will lose interest, and an agency built for $5,000 accounts will struggle at $200,000.
Ask what happens when it goes wrong. Every account has a bad quarter. The answer to this question
tells you more about the next two years than any win story.
FAQs: Choosing a Google Ads Agency
How much does a Google Ads agency cost?
Very few Google Ads agencies bill by the hour. In practice you will usually be quoted a flat monthly retainer or a percentage of ad spend, commonly 10 to 20 percent. The more useful number is the minimum project size, and on this list those run from $1,000 to $10,000 a month. That figure tells you immediately whether an agency is built for a budget like yours.
Is a specialist Google Ads agency better than a full-service agency?
It depends on what you need coordinated. A specialist gives you more depth in the channel. A full-service agency gives you one vendor for ads, site, SEO and email, which matters if those things keep breaking at the seams. Neither is universally better, and this list contains both.
How long before a Google Ads agency shows results?
Expect diagnosis in the first month and meaningful change by month two or three. Smart bidding needs conversion volume to learn, so any agency promising a transformation in week one is describing luck rather than a process.
What is a fair minimum ad spend to hire an agency?
Below roughly $5,000 a month, agency fees eat a large share of your budget and the maths rarely works. Between $5,000 and $20,000, look at specialists and smaller teams. Above that, the larger agencies on this list become viable.
Should I hire an agency or use AI to manage Google Ads?
AI is a genuinely useful assistant and a poor operator. It cannot see your conversion volume, margins or lead quality, so it cannot judge whether a tactic fits your business. We published a case study of a client who tested exactly this, and the account lost 56 percent of its conversions in two months.
Final Thoughts
Every agency on this list has real reviews, real clients and a real track record. None of them is right for everyone.
The most useful thing on this page is not the ranking. It is the cons. A $10,000 minimum, a 250-person team, an ecommerce-only focus, a heavy AI delivery model: those facts tell you who an agency is built for far better than any award does.
Shortlist three agencies. Ask each of them the questions above. Pick the one whose honest answer about a bad quarter you believe.
